Thank you for choosing to exhibit at, and support, this year's Halloween & Party Expo. In order to make your experience the best it can be, please refer to the information and tools below to plan and prepare for the show. To keep you on track, we've created a checklist with all of the important tasks and dates. Click here to access it.
Money & Time Saving

This page outlines all of the logistical details that will help you to have the most productive exhibiting experience. There can be a lot to do, but the information provided will help you plan your participation at the Halloween & Party Expo in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Pay close attention to cut-off dates for discount pricing as completing your orders early can save you up to 30% off of key exhibiting expenses! So, be sure to plan early and don’t wait until the last minute.
Book Your Hotel
Use our official housing partner, Connections Housing, for reduced hotel rates and travel discounts for your trip to New Orleans.
Please note: Connections Housing is the only official housing company associated with the Halloween & Party Expo. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

Register For Exhibitor Badges for your Booth Staff
Each individual from your company attending the show is required to have an Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. You receive 4 exhibitor badges per 100 sq ft. Register for your badges through your Exhibitor Portal.
Update your Company's Directory Listing and Choose your Product Categories
Be sure to update your company's contact information and description in your Exhibitor Portal. This appears in the Online Directory and the printed Show Directory and is what attendees use to plan their time at the show. You will also be able to add press releases, product information and much more to your online listing.
Display Your New Products and Update your Show Specials
Show off what you'll have on the show floor! Log into your Exhibitor Portal and upload your new products and any exclusive deals and discounts you will be offering on the show floor to get the buzz going! 1 new product and 1 show special included with your booth.
Nominate Your Buyers
Complete this form to recommend your buyers to the Halloween & Party Expo Buyer's Club Program. Buyers will be invited to the show as VIPs and will be extended special amenities onsite such as a $500 merchandise credit to spend on the show floor, a Buyer's Club lounge and more!

Let us know if you're HAuNT Friendly!
The Halloween & Party Expo's co-location with HAuNTcon will give you access to 1,000+ haunted attraction owners with purchasing power. If you can sell items in smaller quantities (at a retail price point), indicate this in your Exhibitor Portal and we'll direct haunters to your booth.
The Brewing, Boos and Booze Party
Join us on Saturday, January 26th from 8PM - 11PM for THE industry party of the year. Connect with buyers off the show floor and enjoy a night out with your fellow industry peers. Costumes aren't mandatory but they are encouraged!
