Safety Promise

WE'LL TAKE CARE OF SAFETY, YOU TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS

Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors, attendees and staff at the Halloween & Party Expo is our top priority and we will be following the guidelines issued by the CDC, state and local officials as we develop our health and safety plan. Additionally, we are working with our travel partners, venues, hotels and convention centers to protect your health and provide you with a safe and productive environment to conduct business.

Our health and safety plan is built on three cornerstones. Our policies are subject to change as regulations and guidelines are updated, but attendees and exhibitors may expect the following measures. Specific policies will be posted for leading up to the show.

IMPORTANT: The Halloween & Party Expo has adopted a “Negative Test OR COVID Vaccination” approach for all attendees, exhibitors, visitors and staff. This means that in order to gain access to show all participants will have to provide EITHER (a) proof of their COVID-19 “full vaccination” OR (b) results showing a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to such participant's arrival to the Show. You will be asked to agree to these terms in registration and will be able to upload proof of test or vaccination. More details to come as we get closer to the show.

Protect & Detect

Below are some of the key points of our safety plan:

  • Effective July 30, the State of Nevada has mandated that everyone, including fully vaccinated individuals, wear a mask in public indoor settings. We will continue to follow local guidelines as they develop.
  • The Mirage, as well as our vendors will provide enhanced and regular cleaning protocols. There will be easy access to sanitizers as well as first aid for attendees, exhibitors, staff.
  • We have modified and changed our hospitality offerings and high flow areas to allow for adequate social distancing.
  • Health, safety reminders will be located throughout the convention center from point of entry.
