Negative Test or COVID Vaccination Details
Proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination status OR negative COVID-19 test result will be required to attend.
The Halloween & Party Expo has adopted a “Negative Test OR COVID Vaccination” approach for all attendees, exhibitors, visitors and staff. All participants are required to visit the attestation desk prior to advancing to registration. At the attestation desk, participants will have to provide EITHER (a) proof of their COVID-19 “full vaccination” OR (b) results showing a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to such participant's arrival to the Show. Once your negative test result or vaccination has been verified at the attestation desk, you will be given a wrist band and then be able to advance to the registration desk to pick up your badge.
Onsite Verification Options:
Verification with Clear
Through our partnership with Clear, we will offer a fast track lane for verifying your negative test result or vaccination. Prior to arrival at the event, attendees can download the Clear app and upload their negative COVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours of the event or COVID-19 vaccination. With use of Clear a person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after the second shot of Pfizer/Moderna or a single shot of Johnson & Johnson.
If an attendee is not able to us Clear or has an alternative test or vaccination as outlined above, we will have an attestation desk onsite where you can show your negative test result or vaccination including Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZenica, Oxford and others.
For attendees that have not pretested, we will have onsite testing available at The Mirage. The cost of onsite testing will be the responsibility of the attendee. Learn more and reserve a testing appointment.
