By purchasing an advertisement, Advertiser agrees to indemnify H&P Expo, LLC for any claims against H&P, and any losses, damages, or liabilities that H&P suffers which arise out of or result from Advertiser’s advertisement. H&P Expo assumes no liability whatsoever for the advertisement unless it is solely responsible for an error or omission in the advertisement. If that occurs, Advertiser will receive a one-time, paid advertisement of the same specification in the next or similar publication as its sole remedy. Revisions to previously submitted ad copy are subject to additional charges. A charge of $30.00 will be levied for returned checks.

Artwork Requirements
All digital color and grayscale artwork must be supplied at 300 dpi. Line art must be supplied at 600 dpi. Hi-res pdf, eps, tiff and jpeg files are accepted. Images from the web are not suitable for printing. All color artwork must be in CMYK mode. Black & white artwork must be in grayscale or bitmap mode. If submitting “camera ready” ad, press-ready PDF files (.pdf) are preferred.
