Have a show special, celebrity appearance or prize drawing you would like to announce? Submit a PowerPoint slide by December 31 and we’ll include it on show floor video screens. You may not make a public announcement over a PA system or similar device. You may not require a person to be present to win. Exhibitor is responsible for notifying winners. All prizes offered must be awarded. Prizes not claimed by the close of the Expo must be sent to the winner at the exhibitor’s expense.
