The Brewing: Boos & Booze

All badge-holders are invited to join us at The Brewing Boos & Booze, our industry costume ball and networking event. The party will take place TO BE ANNOUNCED 8:00 – 11:00 pm at Generations Hall. Costumes strongly encouraged.

Haunted Trend Runway & Lounge

The Haunted Trends Runway & Lounge is the exclusive new show feature designed to bring products to life before your eyes. With daily fashion shows and product demonstrations, you'll get a chance to see costumes, accessories, and other merchandise off the hanger and in action.

Independent Retailer Conference

Dedicated entirely to the unique lifestyle and responsibilities of independent store owners, the Independent Retailer Conference aims to support both online and offline retailers in gaining expert news, education, and support through a variety of educational sessions from top retail thought leaders and experts—all with the core focus of helping you run your retail business more successfully. To help you balance your time shopping the floor with your retail education, the conference consists of convenient pop-up sessions every 15 minutes as well as a daily retail Power Hour at noon. All education sessions take place directly on the show floor in booth #3743.

What payment types are accepted on-site?

The fee to register on-site is $25. We accept cash or credit cards at registration. Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pre-register for free, click here.

How can I book my hotel?

Our official housing partner Expovision has negotiated rates exclusively for Halloween & Party Expo attendees at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside and other nearby properties. You can make your reservation online here.

Is there parking at the event and how much is it?

Parking is available at the convention center for a daily fee.

Where can I find information about the shuttle service?

Shuttle service will be available between Halloween & Party Expo and select hotels. For a schedule of hotel shuttles, please click here.

You can reserve discounted shuttle service to and from the airport through Airport Shuttle. You must make your reservations 24 hours in advance, and can do so online here.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)

How can I rent a scooter/wheel chair?

Mobility scooter rental is available at MCCNO at our UPS Store, located on Lobby F. It is recommended that attendees make reservations in advance by completing and submitting the Mobility Scooter Reservation Form. Wheelchairs are also available upon request.

How can I receive a directory?

All attendees will be able to pick up a show directory and map at registration.

What are the qualifications to attend (include guest policy here)?

Halloween & Party Expo is open to all qualified industry professionals 18 years of age and older. Admission is not granted to the general public or guests.

Registration Qualifications

If your company was approved in 2017 you will be automatically approved.

If this is your first time attending or your company name has changed you will be required to submit additional information below.

Documents Required

(2) forms of business ID which can include: A copy of business license, sales tax ID number, payroll stub, company check, company credit card, vendor invoice, business card, letterhead, or other pre-printed collateral with your company name. During your online registration you can submit your documents to expedite the approval process.

International Companies who Cannot Provide Necessary Documentation

We ask that if you are an international buyer you provide at least one form of documentation for verification that you are in the industry. The Expo understands that documentation varies from country to country, and therefore, we accept a variety of available documents. If you have further questions, please email info@halloweenpartyexpo.com.

Are children allowed?

No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor. This include infants and children in strollers.

What is the cancellation policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or credits shall be issued for "no shows," cancellations, substitutions, or for any other reason, including without limitation, interruption, postponement, cancellation or relocation of the show due to any cause determined by show management to be beyond management's control.

What is the pre-registration deadline?

Free pre-registration continues up to the first day of the show, January 12, 2018.

What is the cost to attend?

Admission is free if you pre-register by January 12, 2018. If you do not pre-register, the cost is $25 per badge on site, so register early! Any substitutions on site will also cost $25 each.

Is there a group discount policy?

There is no group discount to attend Halloween & Party Expo.

Do you mail the badges?

Badges will not be mailed. All attendees who pre-register will be emailed an Express Pass barcode, which they can scan at registration on show site to pick up their badge.
